2. Will Raytone remove all the furniture and what should we move?
We appreciate toys and shoes as much as the next person- but we would appreciate it even more if you would clear the areas we are going to clean. Any loose items on the floors, in the closets, on the furniture or under the beds. Also, please clear any small breakable items off the tops of dressers, nightstands, end tables, etc. Larger pieces like wall units, pianos, some exercise equipment, and some beds- we simply can not move. (as much as we like to think we are he-men, we aren't) But, if they are completely cleared out, we will move them.
3.Does Raytone guarantee all spots removed 100%?
The very nature of some spots makes it impossible to restore original color of texture. At times, a spot will appear to be accentuated after a general cleaning of the material. Spotting work on rust, liquor, cosmetics, ink, coffee, lipstick stains certain urine stains and any spots that have been cleaned with
household cleaners- Removal is NOT GUARANTEED.
4. What is the drying time for cleaning?
Under ordinary drying conidtions your carpet should be dry within 12-24 hours. Avoid walking on it if possible until it is dry. We do provide traffic lane paper and ask that you please keep it down for 24-36 hours. We place silver tabs, white blocks and clear sticky tabs are used for under the furniture and can be removed at a MINIMUM of 4 days after the work is performed.
Keeping the windows open even if it is cold or rainy, will greatly reduce drying time.
5. What does Raytone do about color fading?
Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do for color fading- this is due to light or age of
weak/deteriorated materials.
